The International Career Development Conference is the culminating event of the DECA competitive season for students who qualify through district and state competition.
Competition travel

Atlanta, Georgia
Qualifying students represent Manzano DECA at the international level, competing in business, marketing, finance, hospitality, and entrepreneurship events while attending workshops and career development programming.
