About

We help students get from preparation to participation

Manzano DECA students are already doing the hard part. They are practicing presentations, preparing for competitions, leading service projects, attending conferences, and learning how to carry themselves in professional spaces.

Our story

Students show up. We help the community show up around them.

Manzano DECA is growing because students are staying after school, preparing role-plays, building projects, serving the community, and representing Manzano beyond campus.

Opportunity often comes with costs attached. Registration fees, transportation, lodging, meals, materials, and deadlines can quietly decide who gets to participate and who has to sit out.

The Manzano DECA Booster Club was created so families, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and local partners could help carry that work together. We organize support around the chapter so students can focus on preparing, competing, leading, and growing.

Our role

We handle practical support with a student-centered purpose

Our work is not abstract. It is the planning, fundraising, communication, and follow-through that helps students reach the experiences they are preparing for.

What we help organize

  • Fundraisers, donation outreach, and sponsorship conversations
  • Competition travel, lodging, meals, and transportation planning
  • Family updates about deadlines, costs, meetings, forms, and events
  • Volunteers for events, outreach, logistics, and chapter activities

What students gain from that help

  • A better chance to participate in competitions and conferences
  • Help with registration, travel, and event costs when funds allow
  • Materials for presentations, role-plays, projects, and service work
  • A clearer bridge between students, families, advisors, and the community
How we work

We keep the support close to student participation

We aim to keep student needs at the center of every dollar raised and every hour volunteered, with direct participation costs coming first whenever possible.

01

Listen for the need

Costs, deadlines, travel details, materials, or volunteer gaps become visible.

02

Organize support

Families, donors, sponsors, and volunteers help carry the practical work.

03

Keep students moving

Students get a clearer path to compete, present, travel, serve, and lead.

Help students reach the opportunities they are working for

Your donation, sponsorship, or volunteer time helps Manzano DECA students compete, travel, lead, serve, and prepare for life after high school.
